Your body changes the food into 
energy. God designed or planned for each food to be different.
Some foods work best to give us energy because they are full of sugar and 
starch. We store energy in our body, its called 
fat. The fat from whales called 
blubber.

Minerals are very important to us. Minerals build strong, hard bones and teeth. They build our blood, helps us to grow, and also help make us well.
